My recruiter ghosted me. Three interviews and no response as to if I received the job or not. Poor business practice and poo communication. I’ve reached out twice via email - no response. Very unprofessional for any organization.

Interview
Roughly a 45 minute phone interview and then interview at HQ. The process was relatively easy and very organized. The interview at HQ consisted of the first day being a bit more informal with a tour, info session, and networking dinner. The second day was simply 3 back to back interviews
Overall, very pleasant experience. The recruiters were very helpful and informative during the whole process. The interviewers were all very understanding and genuinely wanted you to succeed. The company values are very important.
