I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Manila, Manila) in Jan 2014
Interview
I received an email inviting me to an interview and writing test. Disappointing as the Manila office resorts to pen and paper, from the job application form to the writing test. How can you realistically assess technical writing skills of a candidate if the tool used (pen and paper) is not something that is ever used in this field?
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
HR Interviewer is very knowledgeable of the industry and knows the who's who in the field but all are Americans. He doesn't know where the best technical writers are produced (school or firm). Line of questioning from the start was salary negotiations, which is good as it cuts to the chase but at the same time reduced the entire process into a haggling fest.
I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Brno) in Nov 2018
Interview
After initially being contacted by an HR person and successfully completing a written skills test, I was allowed to continue to the actual interview process.
The interviews came in three stages and lasted the bulk of a month.
The first interview was with the Principal Production Manager at the Brno location.
The second interview was with a Software Development Manager, Product Manager and Scrum Master. This also took place at the Brno location.
The final stage was a video interview with a Hiring Manager in the Boston, USA branch of the company.
All people who interviewed me were pleasant and made me feel quite at ease during the process.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NetSuite (Makati City) in June 2016
Interview
I applied online and got contacted a few weeks after. Afterward, the process was very quick. I had an interview every 3-4 days. I had a total of 4 interviews. The initial interview was a phone screen, the next two were face-to-face, and the final one was another phone interview.

Question 1
What type of documentation have you been exposed to?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at NetSuite (Brno) in Apr 2015
Interview
I had three interviews, total, with a written test to show my ability to write or edit technical documents. The first interview was with the person who was leaving my position for a different one. My interviewer was very friendly, and offered advice on what I could do to improve my standing for the position. The second interview was with a project manager who I would be working closely with in the position. Next, I had an interview with the person who would be my boss in the US. Despite a minor technical issue with the video conference software, it was also a great interview. Then I did the writing test, and lastly I had an interview with two directors visiting from the US. I was offered the position afterwards.

The question that stuck out most was "What do you know about single-sourcing?"
