Hiring Process is fast. Interview was done in a very professional and friendly way. The interview was a little too detailed which is very god when someone really wants to know more about the candidate. It was a nice, friendly, and difficult interview.

Question 1
What do you think are the reasons that made you the Finance Person of the Year?
The interview process had three stages. First, there was a phone screening with an analyst just to see if there was a fit. Then, there was a video interview with HR, which included very typical behavioural questions. The last step was a final round Superday where there were multiple group activities and two short individual interviews.

First Week:
Submitted my CV thru a friend, then phone interviewed by HR the next day. I was then Scheduled for a series of interview with 2 Team Leads and 1 Practice Manager.
Second Week:
Scheduled for an interview with another Practice Manager then endorsed to the Director.
Third Week:
Job Offer.

Interview
The interview process was challenging. I had to be interviewed by recruiter, colleagues, team leads, managers and director. But the vibe was not intimidating. They made sure that applicants were comfortable so as to avoid nervousness.
