Interview
The process of interviews took two rounds. The first round checks common knowledge and skills. The second one was technical. I have to show my programming skills, logical thinking, skill which is needed for this position. After these two rounds there was final meeting with QA director where we discuss about position and he asked me some questions about testing.

Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter via linkedIn. By phone, she checked with me my profile and assured my English was well. Later, two separate 1 on 1 interviews through webex with two diferrent managers. And then the final third one in person with a local team leader, rather focused on personality and broadness of knowledge.
