Interview
It was pretty streamlined. Very organized. Once the recruiter saw me as a good fit I then interviewed with 3 individuals on the phone. Then was invited for an in person interview with the whole staff.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nielsen in Aug 2024
Interview
Recruitment process consisted of an interview with the HR person, an interview with a hiring manager, a take-home analytical task, a ptt presentation to be done and a final interview with a panel.
Everything was going fine. The HR would get back to me immediately after each step completed to ask about my feedback. After the final interview, I was assured they'd get back to me with a decision within a few days. Except they never did.
Choosing one candidate over another is perfectly fine.
Ghosting candidates who invest time and effort into a demanding recruitment process is a very bad practice and lack of work ethics.
