I was recruited out of college. First round was on-campus, basic behavioral. Second round was onsite - 3 interviews and a lunch. Nothing tremendously difficult - they were trying to assess my fit in the analytics role primarily

A few consulting questions and personal/professional typical questions. I was surprised to see that they had 3 people interviewing me at once for the consulting portion which was intimidating. They asked me to estimate how many gumballs would fit into an airplane and also asked how many slices of pizza would be eaten in a year on college campus.
