Long process - over several weeks, with radio silence in between.first a hr phone screen. - 2 weeks later a hiring manager phone screen - 3 weeks later in person. No feedback in between.

Interview
I knew the sr. level management as this was an internal transfer so i did not go through a formal interview process. Rather, the work I had previously done spoke for itself so I just needed to have several rounds of conversations with various functional folks to make sure they liked me as a person.

Before getting the offer, I was asked to let them know if they were my first choice among divisions I was looking at - which made me feel pressured to say yes and then follow through.
