Interview
There are two rounds for this position and then formal introduction to superiors. The first interview is a common interview focused on experience and motivation for the role. There are no exams or skills testing in this interview. The interview process is quick due to a sudden leave of HR employee. For such a role, there is a lot of applications (between 50 and 100).

Interview
The interview was quite brief, but professional, HR Manager wanted to know and understand me as a person. She also told about company, it's culture, values, expectations for employees. Although I didn't get the job offer, with negative answer, which was given by the phone, I got very thorough and sincere feedback, which was very helpful for me.
