Multiple phone screens with basic questions. Flown in for in person interview where I met several different team leaders for different groups. Each person asked very different questions (minor case study questions, back ground questions, off hand questions about markets, behavioral questions). The whole in person interview lasted 3 hours - 45 minutes per person.

Interview process is smooth. Level of the interview is also average. They are looking if you have experience that aligns with the role. The interviewers are generally cool people. The best you can do to prepare is better confident and calm.

About the relevant experience at the previous roles.
First Aptitude round after screening. two round process of technical interview and 1 HR... on-boarding was smooth and WFH was there. The entire process took almost two weeks. they do not negotiate with notice period much
Recruiter reached out via email to schedule interview. Had 2 separate 30-minute interviews on the same day, one with the hiring manager which was focused on experience and if the role was a good fit, and one behavioral interview with the senior director.
