I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Melbourne, FL)
Interview
They called my phone number to contact me to schedule the interview. I interviewed 2 weeks later. I had 2 people interview me on Teams, neither of whom was the initial point of contact. After walking through my resume, they asked me a mix of behavioral and technical questions that were conceptual. The interview lasted 45 minutes total.

Question 1
Given [x] example of a system that they work with, to solve these types of problems. What programming language would be best suited for these conditions? Why that language over another similar language? What are the pros and cons of these languages?
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in Dec 2025
Interview
I was referred, which seemed to put me past a couple of the rounds of interviewing. The actual interview was actually really enjoyable compared to my interviews with companies like Boeing and Amazon. The interviewers actually made me want to work with them. The questions were mainly trying to see if you knew what was in your resume, and there were some small technical questions, but nothing too difficult.
