The interview was a panel interview, with Site, Division and Sector Quality and Operations Management people involved (a total of 3 people). The interview was held in an Operations conference room, not far from the working floor. It was somewhat informal, and personal, and seemed more like a conversation among quality professionals than a board of inquiry. It was enjoyable, much like people discussing their favorite subjects.
