I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in July 2019
Interview
Got early phone screen from hr then email for interview a few weeks later. Interview was nerve racking at first but I had two very chill/calm interviewers. Not to many technical questions asked, I was a little technically over qualified compared to the application requirements.

Question 1
Generic but catered questions like: Tell me about a time when you provided support while under pressure from different things at work.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Redondo Beach, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
I met with Northrop hiring managers at my school's career fair. I showed them some projects I brought and the recruiter gave me his email. Emailed him and applied online.
1-2 weeks later, I had two 1 on 1 interviews for two different positions:
The first one was all behavioral and the second one was pretty much all technical. Behavior one for the first position was a very easy going conversation and the questions were basic teamwork/leadership stuff. Interviewer was very friendly and personable.
The second interview was the more technical one and it was terrible. Was given a surprise 3D force analysis test thing and absolutely bombed. I just went in too fast and didn't think about how stuff would work. Also, the interviewer was snarky and gave rude comments during the interview.
I was told I would be contacted in a week. A week went by and I was told I was still being considered. The weekend passed and then I was told I got the first position, which I wanted.

Question 1
Something like "what kind of problems have you encountered with a team and how did you solve them?"
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (UCI, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
The process took 2 weeks. Applied as a second year, so they asked only behavioral and situational questions. Be prepared to defend everything on your resume. Overall, they looked for my personality and if I would fit into their culture.

Interview
Very easy interview, be prepared to talk about interpersonal skills and a few projects you have done that relate to the position. I enjoyed how the interviewer focused on my strengths rather than harping on my weaknesses. Here are a few sample questions.
