The interview was about 10 minutes of going over my resume before I got an offer. I was very surprised at how quick and easy it was and it made me worry a little.

They wanted to make sure I was a citizen and can get security clearance.
Initial recruiter call, then 4-5 person panel interview for 1 hour. The panelist was primarily behavioral and asked for experience with CS and leadership. Recruiter call was just verifying school information.

Mostly conversational interview process with strong emphasis on personality screening. This was conducted over a couple of phone calls, one with HR and one with an engineering manager. There was no technical interview whatsoever
