I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Palmdale, CA) in Nov 2017
Interview
It was painless and the HR staff's interaction gave me a good indication on what type of company this is. I was contacted through email setting up a telephonic interview with the HR recruiter, he took the time and let me know all aspects of the position. He was amenable and pleasant conversationalist. After that I was contacted by the Program Manager by phone about the position and before I got off the phone I was already being scheduled for the face to face interview. NG arranged travel for my interview, no stone left unturned. The face to face interview was panel style with each member of my potential team members. I thought it would have been stressful but the introduction by the PM quickly diffused my worries and the 2 hr interview flew by. I was notified a week after the interview if I was selected for the position.
