I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
Just show up. No case interviews, no tests. Just be nice and seem motivated and excited to work for this terrible company. Also don't tell them that you plan on stealing secrets.
I applied online. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
The interviewers were okay. Most of the questions are behavioral questions. I sent out a follow-up letter and they never got back to me. They probably don't have time to do so. However, I think this is also a part of their job.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Salt Lake City, UT) in June 2022
Interview
Interview process was a good mix of conversation as well as technical questions, diving in to past experience and talking about how you would be a good fit for the role. They asked a couple intentionally vague questions to get a feel for my thought process and problem solving process.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (San Diego, CA)
Interview
Easy process. A recruiter reached out through email, and then followed up with a phone screen. I was pushed forward to a phone interview with two of the hiring managers. They asked me about my professional background and some general questions about my personal goals. Both mgrs were very nice and encouraging. I was notified a couple weeks later by the recruiter that they were moving forward to an offer.
