Interview
I applied on the career site for a Supply Chain Analyst position. Over a month later I received an email from a secretary of an individual in senior management asking me to come in for an interview in 2 days. I accepted and was interviewed by a panel of 3 managers from different departments. They ask me to just read over my resume with them but they didn't really ask me any questions. They took turns telling me about the job, the company, and just chit chatting for over an hour. After one of the panel interviewers took me on a 45 minute tour of the facility and projects and dropped me off at HR to answer any other questions and give me an information packet. They said I would hear back in a few days. After 2 weeks, I contacted HR. They said they were still interviewing candidates and would be in contact. Contacted Hr a week later, same thing, and after a 4th week, the same response, which then I emailed a person from my interview panel. I received an immediate response from which I learned the position I interviewed was being put on hold indefinitely or would be canceled. In addition, my contact said that NG was still interested in me for a different requisition that was in the works of being approved. Over the next month, this contact, my direct boss, and HR stayed in contact with me every step of the way for the requisition to be approved. I received phone calls and emails every few days for another month until I received the official job offer with a start date 2 weeks later.

First you do phone screen with a recruiter and they will set up a meeting with the hiring manager. The meeting was via Teams and lasted one hour. You submit application online and will get an email from the recruiter through the whole process letting you know the status of your application.

Interview
First a phone call with the recruiter, the a phone call with the manager. Sometimes ends with a panel interview. Helps really understand the work/support to be expected. I've had harder interviews, nothing to be afraid of.
