I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman
Interview
I was referred by an employee. Very slow response after initial resume submission. After three (3) months, scheduled phone interview. Based upon questions asked by the Recruiter during the interview, it was obvious that interviewing recruiter had not even read my resume. The position applied for was a Senior Management position and the recruiter was not prepared. Then company scheduled an on-site interview, then rescheduled twice due to hiring manager "conflicts". I declined to reschedule after the second canceled interview. Terrible experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Woodland Hills, CA)
Interview
Interview approach and standards were confused and felt like a run around. After 5-6 rounds of interview follow on conversations with the hiring team, I was asked if I would consider a demotion opportunity that required relocation. Little to no follow up along the way. No closeout discussion for the actual position I applied and interviewed for.
