Good interview process, nice and friendly without too much pressure. Asked standard interview questions. No out of the box questions or too difficult questions. Just need to know your resume.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Sunnyvale, CA) in July 2015
Interview
Received a call 3 weeks after applying online. Interview was 1.5 hrs long with program manager, team lead, design engineer and safety personal. Interviewers wanted me to go over my resume and then after ask me 10 behavioral questions. About two weeks later, I received a call from the recruiter saying I was selected for the position. She told me she would call me back with final offer (initial was really low) and further details, but I didn't get a call back. We will see tomorrow.

Question 1
Describe a time where I didn't have all the information I needed to get a task done by a deadline. How did I go about getting the task done.
One on one phone interview to review the job posting, what specific applications the company used, and what experience I had in the groups specific working software. It was a casual environment.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Portsmouth, VA) in Dec 2018
Interview
The interviewers were very courteous and ask very good questions mostly about how I communicate and work on a team however after being informed that they are going to make me a offer after the Christmas shutdown. I was told that they had cancelled the position and reallocated other resources for this position. I am very disappointed with the way the process was handled post interview.
