I applied online, through a job search website. I was contacted by HR about a time for an interview and went to the office. Met with my supervisor and the person below him, along with his manager.

Got early phone screen from hr then email for interview a few weeks later. Interview was nerve racking at first but I had two very chill/calm interviewers. Not to many technical questions asked, I was a little technically over qualified compared to the application requirements.

Very easy interview, be prepared to talk about interpersonal skills and a few projects you have done that relate to the position. I enjoyed how the interviewer focused on my strengths rather than harping on my weaknesses. Here are a few sample questions.

The process took 2 weeks. Applied as a second year, so they asked only behavioral and situational questions. Be prepared to defend everything on your resume. Overall, they looked for my personality and if I would fit into their culture.
