I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman in July 2019
Interview
Got early phone screen from hr then email for interview a few weeks later. Interview was nerve racking at first but I had two very chill/calm interviewers. Not to many technical questions asked, I was a little technically over qualified compared to the application requirements.

Generic but catered questions like: Tell me about a time when you provided support while under pressure from different things at work.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2015
Interview
Very easy going and nice people. Went over resume and accomplishments. Two phone call interviews and notification within a week. Very fast process after phone call. If you get a phone call chances are as long as you have your head on straight you'll do fine. Very vague though about what exactly I'll be doing due to the clearances that I have to get etc.. Excited to join in the summer!
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Northrop Grumman (UCI, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
The process took 2 weeks. Applied as a second year, so they asked only behavioral and situational questions. Be prepared to defend everything on your resume. Overall, they looked for my personality and if I would fit into their culture.

Interview
Very easy interview, be prepared to talk about interpersonal skills and a few projects you have done that relate to the position. I enjoyed how the interviewer focused on my strengths rather than harping on my weaknesses. Here are a few sample questions.
