Laid back, 80% behavioral q's, 20% technical. Answer behavioral questions in STAR format. There were about three technical questions at the end. Single sentence answers nothing too in-depth. Charlottesville is a great location to start off, and great people are working here.

The interview was one interview that was over MS Teams. The interviewer forgot about the interview so I had to message the recruiter to see what was wrong and the person emailed me later to do a interview on the spot. I did the interview over the phone and they asked a lot of C/C++ technical questions
