Interview
One phone screening, then invited to a panel interview with 6 engineers who all had about 15 years of experience. not looking for inexperienced engineers. Not really sure what else to say
3 rounds - First round was phone screening with HR or Talent specialist. Next two rounds were with hiring manager and team I was going to work with. 2nd round was with the hiring manager and the third round was with the team.

Describe a situation where you solved a problem: how did you solve it? What was the problem, what challenges you had to overcome?

Interview
Two rounds of interviews, first with the manager, second with a recruiter + manager. First is more casual and about getting to know the role, second is a competence-based, more traditional interview.

Tell me how I can know if you are stressed.
How do you collaborate with others?
First interview. Managers were very nice, kind and patient. The interview was going nicely, I felt quite relaxed and good about the question part tho I didn't get the offer in the end.
