I applied through other source. I interviewed at Nuance (Burlington, MA)
Interview
They lied about everything. I should have left when they bought my employer. They lied about earning potential and use a grid to take hundreds from your pay. They destroyed transcription services and use us to train their speech recognition products for their profit, then send work overseas or use ICs so they don't have to pay for employees, while their employees have no work and do not get paid. They will fight your unemployment benefits stating that you accepted the conditions, even though they lie about earning potential and availability of work
