OVO Java Developer interview questions

Process took four weeks from application to rejection. This included 6 hours of interviewing, which included a 30 minute phone interview, a 1 hour 30 minute face to face interview, a 2 hour code test on Codility, a 1 hour pair programming exercise, a 30 minute interview with HR, and a 30 minute interview with a hiring manager. Overall the process was inefficient and repetitive and gave me a negative impression of Ovo.
