It's very hard to get into the consulting department at Omnicare if you are a Nurse. I already worked there & had an internal referral for the position. I then interviewed with the Administrator of the Lodi office at the time, which was very pleasant. I had to go through a second interview with the supervisor of Consultant Nurses which was also very pleasant. Then a background check is done
