I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at OnCliff Capital (Boston, MA) in Nov 2016
Interview
Non existant. I spoke with the owner Jacob (he seemed kind of irritated to be speaking with me) and he basically just explained the job and asked me if I had an existing book of business that I would be bring on or if I had adequate experience which I did on both accounts. He shook my hand and said "okay, let's see what you can do."
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at OnCliff Capital (Nashua, NH) in Nov 2016
Interview
Pretty awesome actually. I talked to the owner of the phone and he scheduled an interview for the next day. He told to me dress accordingly so I did and when I got there he shook my hand and said "Glad you made it, let's do this over lunch." We then drove over to a restaurant in Nashua and had the interview over lunch.
