      Pros

      Very large commissions, cool people, fun work envirnment

      Cons

      OnCliff capital CHANGED! They started dealing with international project financing and brought on a partner (it's not even OnCliff Capital anymore) and it's too difficult to make money. The deals take MONTHS to work to completion and it may not even close. I had fun at the company but I can't work there with such circumstantial and spread out pay. If you have money saved up and can wait 7 months to make a $150,000 commission then all the power to you.

      Pros

      Great location, fast paced environment, good commissions, easy to do great if you're focused.

      Cons

      The office was changed which makes the commute go from 30 minutes to 2 1/2 hours (because of city traffic) for employees currently employed. However if you live in the Boston area or can take the train it wouldn't be a problem.

      This position has hourly pay and the money is consistent. Schedule is pretty flexible too which is nice when you're in college.

      Cons

      I didn't think there was anything bad about working here.
