My interview was scheduled for 12 in the afternoon. I reached there 5 minutes earlier, sat there for 4 hours, nobody from the management came to apologise for the delay. Upon asking an interviewer what was the delay, he told that we are late for the interview and there are people who are waiting from 10 in the morning. I just don't get that if there is a delay just tell the candidates. I am fortunate not working with people like these in my workplace. The management was clearly incompetent, they called the candidates to reach on morning and they themselves came late. An interviewee is also a human being like yourself, don't treat them like livestock.

The interview process is very slow, they take about a month to release the offer letter and if you don't clear any round they don't even bother to share the feedback with the candidate, their Talent Acquisition HRs are least co-operative and don't even reply to emails at time.
