They ask abt ur experience in sales field and customer service field, then ask u abt situations that might face u while working to know how would u handle them.

i had sent my CV / resume to the company through the company's website and then they contacted me for the interview at the head office with a member of their human recourse department
so complicated and long process and un professionalism ,
take long time until response
waiting a lot of managers and get feedback from all of them
