I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PagerDuty (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview process was well thought out. I felt like the people I met with were aligned on company goals and what they were looking for in new hires. Felt excited talking with people who spoke so highly of their company.
Their recruiting team is over the top fake a cheesy with a video they send out. They act like you are the bees knees and such a great candidate, but then it’s clear they don’t even know what the hiring managers are looking for because they present candidates to them that aren’t a fit. Waste of time.

Question 1
How would you handle not having domain experience?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PagerDuty (San Francisco, CA) in June 2020
Interview
Straight forward, short intro, Q&A, feels like Salesforce style / culture. Focus on culture fit, tactical selling Qs like Meddic based points. Seems a bit generic but had I pursued a 2nd may have been more in depth.
