Got ghosted after 3 interviews. 1-test task followed by two interviews. After the final interview, they said to expect 1 week to hear the final decision. So far so good. 3 weeks later I sent an e-mail and messaged the recruiter that contacted me on Linkedin. She didn't even bother to reply to my messages, just left me on read. There are many reviews complaining about candidates getting ghosted, I guess mine just adds up
