I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (London, England) in May 2025
Interview
A Palantir recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn and I progressed to the next two stages: analysis (technical - 2nd stage) and learning & decomp (technical - 3rd stage, 2 hours, under NDA) interview. Analysis was like a simpler version of the decomp interview, with a problem to break down and walk through the solution whilst incorporating the interviewer's feedback. Learning was not very difficult but doesn't allow much room for mistake. Decomposition to me was fairly difficult but just because of the type of thinking that it required for the given scenario.
There was no leetcode-style interview stage.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe one of your outside-of-work interests and how does it make you a better engineer?
Had a chat with HR and then a technical interview with an engineer. They gave some some quite normal leatcode type questions that I had to answer to continue to the next steps.
I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY)
Interview
I have so far completed the 20 minute recruiter call, which was an easy behavioral. They asked me what I'm looking for in a job and what I do at my current role.

Application
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Palantir Technologies (New York, NY)
Interview
Quick call with recruiter then technical interview. First call was easy, fit of company etc... Technical interview was leetcode easy and code walk through. Overall, much easier than what I had read online.
