Interview
First Interview was from an outsorced agency, LeetCode style interview. Difficulty was around medium, in an online environment. Worked well, no surprises. To prepare, practice the first 150 LeetCode questions. As far as I know, these interviews are only done for the New Grad hiring line.
Overall the interview process was great, if not a bit long. The recruiting team was very responsive and friendly, oftentimes getting back to me very quickly after rounds.
However, the number of rounds and the time between them still drew the process out to be a bit longer than I expected.
Questions were not the most 'technically' challenging, but it definitely felt more so that the assessment was done with small questions looking to see if the way you think and approach problems, as well as your willingness to work with the interviewer.
Got to meet a lot of interesting people through the process working on different projects. Definitely a great way to learn about the company and the work you may be doing.
