Applied online and soon after received an OA. After completing the OA, the recruiter reached out to me and scheduled a quick 1:1. During the call the recruiter seemed very uninterested and gave 5 second answers to all my questions, whereas in other interviews recruiters were more than happy to answer any inquiries I might've had and gave deep, meaningful answers. Received a rejection within 24 hours.

first Online Assessment, which contains 2 medium-easy leetcode style questions and 1 Rest API design. then phone screen, which is a behavioral kind of questions. then Technical leetcode style questions.

on phone screen, about the projects and experiences, also why palantir, if I am applying to any other company, If I have a competitive offers.
on Technical, since they might ask you more than 1 question don't take ur time on the first one, the question was designing a round robin kind of system, its using hashmap and lists
Applied to position, first round is 15 min recruiter intro phone call before doing any leetcode questions. Asked about why company, experiences on the resume, basic background info (sponsorship, willingness to relocate). The next rounds should be technical questions and coding.

First Recruiter Phone Screen - grinded hard on theoretical technical questions. Asked about previous experiences, tradeoffs, decisions, and if you were satisfied or not satisfied from your previous employer. Overall it was good
