Interview
I was contacted directly from Parexel by e-mail, the HR assistant asked me if interested in a administrative position (my CV was in their database). Then we arranged a phone interview for three days later. After other 12 days they informed me that they "will not pursuing [mine] candidature at this time".
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No difficult and unexpected question.
However they setted a little trap for me, asking, at the beginning of the interview: what kind of job are you looking for? I answered that an administrative role, also an entry level like the positione they were offering me, was fine to begin, but I am graduated and I would like to grew into the company. They returned that they were searching for someone that would like to stay in that position forever. I think that my interview finished at that moment
