Standard online application. Followed by a very detailed evaluation. Started with a phone screen with a few STAR questions and basics of the role. Recruiter was very personable and showed they cared about my candidacy. An in person interview was them scheduled at the same time. The recruiter called the day before to provide a “pep talk” which was a very unexpected touch In person interview consisted of a 3 person panel interview, site tour, and chat with the director. Questions of the panel were typical STAR based questions. Director conversation was very informal, and showed the cultures well. Offer was provided an hour after the interview This was the most organized and hospitable interview process.

The interview process started with 4 assessments. There were timed math, spatial awareness and reasoning assessments and an untimed behavioral assessment. From there I was contacted for a Microsoft teams interview with my recruiter. After that, there was an in-person interview with the hiring managers. I had a third interview on Teams, but I don't think that is normally the case. All in all the process was great, they made it easy and it went quickly. I never went more than 2 business days without hearing from someone.
