First I had a phone interview with a recruiter (about 20 minutes). Next I interviewed with the hiring manager. This was about 30 minutes and I was asked job specific questions to be sure I fit the position. Next I interviewed with the hiring manager and the team leads. This was about an hour and was mostly behavioral type questions. I had a final interview with the Director of the department. Also about 1 hour and was completely behavioral.
