Applied online. received an email for a phone screen the same day and scheduled time for the following week. I spoke with the recruiter who was nice and sounded energized and excited about my candidacy. I applied for a different position but recruiter felt I was a better fit for another opportunity and I agreed. After our call I had 48 hours to complete a basic literacy assessment (fairly easy, takes 20 mins). after I completed I was contacted to set up a zoom call with the hiring team. I had the meeting a little over a week later. the team was very nice to talk to and they were easygoing and inviting, they asked basic behavior questions (literally google behavior questions and that's what they asked) it was a really easy interview, however, I didn't feel like my experience mattered since no questions related to the job were really asked.
