Recruiter reached out to me online and we set up an phone interview. She flaked so I called/emailed her, she apologized and rescheduled. On the second interview attempt she called me and said she had a fever and rescheduled. We tried one last time...she called me and then she just chatted about her position and working from home. Then she told me she would follow up with the hiring manager, I never heard back. This was one of the strangest interviews I had ever encountered. I don't blame the company, I'm just sharing my experience. Obviously they we not interested in me.
It was 2:1 interview style
They asked questions about previous sales expirence and relationship building. They were very clear on the role, and were open to any questions. I personally asked a lot and they were chill but respectable people
Many interview steps but overall a good process. You will need to do a mock presentation and conduct many meetings including Director, VP, SVP, recruiter, and day in the life with another account executive
