It was a very typical interview process. I interviewed with 3 separate individuals who all asked the majority of situational questions where the interviewee was to share examples of: an issue or client/customer question, my response and how it was handled or resolved and the client's response.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Paylocity (Arlington Heights, IL) in June 2015
Interview
Very laid back... I had two phone interviews - one with the HR recruiter who is amazing. The other interview over the phone was with the director of the department. Also, another in-person interview with the manager I'd be working under. I was able to also shadow someone who was an implementation consultant at the time. It was a very quick and smooth process.
How do you handle stress? Tell me a time when you worked with a team? When have you dealt with a difficult customer and how did you react? Tell me a time you had to make a deadline.
Interview with manager and possibly other manager/directors then once hired there are 2 test to take to see if you retained learning the job and must get 80% hire or you are let go.

Question 1
What do you do when you have a deadline and it’s not going to be met?
Interview was quick and easy. Two interviews and that was it. I was then offered the job. I’m not sure what else to say but I need 30 words minimum. It was very nice.
