It began with a former colleague reaching out and letting me know of an opportunity with the organization. They expressed that there might be a good fit given my past experience in the mortgage consulting industry. I submitted my application and within about 2 to 3 months got a phone call. The process began with a phone interview and progressed to the face to face phase. It was a professional and supportive process through out. From the very moment when I came in for the face to face you felt it a was an open and authentic environment to work in. It just felt right. Now I am speaking about 4 something years back . I currently do not have any personal knowledge now, how the interview process goes. They may have made some changes since then.
