Very simple. Asked how you were with technology and customer service. Asked if I was comfortable working by myself on some days and some shifts ended around 7 pm. Interview was with two people, the manager and another test administrator.

two step - phone interview first with recruiter then if they like your answers you'll either have an in person interview with a TCM or a phone interview with an RTCM. Asked very simple questions about past experiences that relate to the job.
