Involved interview process. Met HR person, talked with her, then met four people from the department two at a time, including my soon-to-be boss, and finally my boss' boss. Six in total. Totally a behavioral interview, lasting 3+ hours, pretty standard but exhausting towards the end. Called back in for a second interview 1:1 with soon-to-be manager; she seemed to be feeling me out to see if I wanted the job before offering the position.
