Interview
Professional interview but laid back as well, semi formal.
Explained everything in good detail and gave us opportunities to ask questions and introduce ourselves to our prospective colleagues.
Overall laid back but professional and conducted in a good manner with good time.

The group exercise was "you landed on the moon 200 miles away from home base, you have 15 items still working, decide which is most essential to least essential"
The 1 to 1 interview was STAR based, cannot remember specifically the questions but the format makes it easy to answer.
It was a very rigorous interview process with many questions asked about all aspects of life. The people were very informative about the role and made me feel comfortable
