I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Phoenix, AZ) in Apr 2013
Interview
Minimum of 2-3 interviews. Management as well as interviewers are well versed in their position and who they are looking for. Questioning format is based on situations and outcomes to handle.
Meetings were held on the phone, then in person. The in person was handled professionally and in an office.

Question 1
Name one time you had a difficult customer to handle. How did you handle that situation and what was the outcome?
Pretty typical interview, will ask about your plans for the future and where you see yourself in a few years. Be prepared to have an in-depth answer, not just about were you would be in the company, but where do you see yourself generally.

Question 1
One challenge you have faced in your previous position and how did you handle it?
I applied online. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Jackson, TN) in Sept 2025
Interview
Decent interviewer with normal interview questions you would expect from a large company; apparently it’s customary for them to not let you know, as would be expected from a reputable establishment, if not only as a courtesy, whether you were their choice or not. Note to whomever with the company may see this… show a little professionalism and reach out to candidates either way.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had a difficult task or deadline to meet… how did you achieve it?
It was a brief interview that lasted around 15-20 minutes. The interviewer was friendly and created a smooth interviewing environment. The questions were pretty much what you would expect, and it didn't feel like they were trying to "trick" you with any.
