PetSmart Assistant General Manager interview questions

I was contacted by a recruiter for the position of Assistant General Manager. The person I interviewed with over the phone was a Regional Director who wanted to me to tell him about my experience in operations. His questions were basic and had to do with inventory management, team performance, and achieving goals which I easily answered. I did not get beyond the telephone interview
