I applied online. I interviewed at Philip Morris International (Madrid) in Apr 2026
Interview
The Philip Morris Graduate Program Assessment Day consisted of several stages designed to evaluate both analytical and interpersonal skills. The day started with a networking breakfast, followed by a group case study where participants worked together to analyze a business scenario and present their recommendations. Afterwards, I had an individual interview with a hiring manager. Following lunch, the final stage involved presenting a case study that had been prepared in advance; however, the scenario was modified at the last minute, requiring quick adaptation and presentation skills in front of the HR team.

I interviewed at Philip Morris International (London, England)
Interview
Individual presentation and questioning; individual hour-long interview testing competency and passion; group discussion and presentation exercise lasting over 2 hours. Good overall experience but small intake so really have to stand out.
4 step process, 2 interviews (one recorded, one online) and 2 assessment centers, a lot of steps with a very long waiting time between. the interviewer wasn't necessarily nice, kind of hurried and with a slight attitude
