We write the job description and competencies required to perform specified job in the most efficient way. This document is submitted to well recognized head hunter companies. All of the tests and initial interviews required to identify candidates with qualifications/competencies matching our specifications are done by the recruiting experts of the head hunting company. Remaining three candidates are invited for an interview with the department manager in which job requirements are clarified in more detail and technical questions related to the job are asked. We try to understand whether the person is a team player and how she/he reacts under pressure from her/his superiors. Once the selection is made then he is invited for a final interview with the operations director to make sure that top level agreement is attained for the selection.
