1st call with HR was lovely. They got back to me almost 1 month later to move to the next step which was a video call with the HR and the person who used to be in this position but was moving to another. We talked about procedures, day-by-day tasks and projects and more of the same questions as qualities, where you see yourself, how would you do if you feel overwhelmed etc. Didn't feel the ROPS exec was friendly, super serious and I could tell straight away she didn't like me. At least HR was lovely getting back in touch by phone (weeks later) explaining they decided to go ahead with an internal candidate and also gave me some tips.
