Question 1
- What are the main steps of a proper process review?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Philip Morris International (Lausanne) in June 2017
Interview
I applied online and then got invited to video interview where I had to answer 5-6 questions, 2 mins each and film myself. Then I had a business case which I had to do in 5 hours (due to the time difference I had to start at 8 and end in 5 hours, at 1 am). Then I had skype interview with the manager after which got an invite for Assessment center.
The assessment centre activities included: business case, 1 interview, 1 role play. The business case was not that complex but it seems like they do not really assess your analytical skills but more presentation skills (you have to make a power point presentation for the cases). Interview was a standard interview with a lot of behavioural questions. The role play was the worst type of assessment- you had to negotiate ridiculous conditions on behalf of a person. And in the end they do not assess what kind of benefits you could negotiate but the way you agreed with what they offered so this was confusing. Try to negotiate but in the end agree with what they offer.
People were really nice and friendly and everything was organised really well. They spoke about the products and gave us some time to get to know each other- that was good.
